This experience takes you inside a typical terraced garden on the Amalfi Coast, far from the crowds and chaos that sometimes dominate the coastal summer!
Here, you will be able to experience the rural traditions of our area and the authentic flavours of the local cuisine, putting yourself to the test.
The aim, in fact, is to teach you the basics of our typical cuisine, starting with the harvesting of the products and assisting you in all the stages of preparation.
At the end, you will taste the dishes you prepared to your own satisfaction.

What can you expect from your experience?
Since gastronomic traditions are always closely linked to their territory, you will visit a lemon terracing and discover the local cultivation system, which represents the soul of the Amalfi Coast.
🔹 You will stroll among lemon groves, olive groves and vineyards, discovering how limoncello, olive oil and local wines are produced.
🔹 You will continue your visit to the garden, where, with gloves and wicker baskets, you will pick the freshest seasonal vegetables and herbs that you will use in the preparation of your delicacies.
🔹 And then comes the fun part: you will then don your chef’s apron and, under the expert guidance of local tutors and chefs, learn the secrets of traditional Italian cooking.
🔹 At the end, you will finally taste the result of your labour, enjoying a four-course meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and neapolitan coffee, all topped off with a breathtaking view of the coastline.
🔹 At the end, you will receive a cooking diploma and recipes of the dishes you have learnt to prepare, so you can take a little piece of this magical experience home with you.
