Another of my great passions is introducing my ‘foreign’ friends to the authentic flavours of my homeland, such as ‘Aubergine with chocolate’, a dish that initially leaves them perplexed, due to the combination of a vegetable with chocolate, but which then wins everyone over: I love preparing myself for the moment when, after the first taste, their expression changes, moving from initial perplexity to amazement.
I work with Costiera Amalfitana as a copywriter and social media manager, with the aim of showcasing the beauty of these places, with a focus on the most hidden and authentic corners, those that allow you to glimpse the authentic ‘costierinità’ (coastal lifestyle), made up of slowness, beauty, unexpected views and an intense blue sky that, especially in autumn, fills your heart.
